All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Florida using USPS. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to U.S. territories and international destinations is not available at this time.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.
Order Processing
Beadiful Creations by Jenn is a one-woman operation! From creating your goodies to packaging orders and getting them out the door, I handle it all myself. I appreciate your patience and understanding as I work to get every order on its way as quickly as possible.
I strive to ship all ready-to-ship orders within 3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
If an unexpected delay means your order cannot ship within that timeframe, I'll contact you with an updated estimated shipping date. You'll have the option to accept the revised timeframe or cancel your order for a full refund before it ships.
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been accepted by USPS, carrier delays may occur which are outside of my control.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of my products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for changes of mind, personal preferences, or items ordered in error.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its description, please contact [email protected] within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging when possible.
Each concern will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate resolution will be offered when warranted. This may include a replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution, in accordance with applicable consumer protections.
Please do not return merchandise without contacting me first.
Handmade Jewelry & Elastic Bracelets
Elastic bracelets are handmade accessories that require gentle handling and proper care.
To help extend the life of your bracelet:
- Roll the bracelet gently over your hand rather than pulling or stretching it excessively.
- Avoid unnecessary twisting, tugging, or overstretching.
- Remove bracelets before swimming, showering, exercising, or using cleaning products.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
Elastic naturally experiences wear over time. Damage resulting from accidental breakage, excessive stretching, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
If your bracelet arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact [email protected] so the issue can be reviewed.
Clearance & Oops! Items
Not everything turns out perfectly, but that doesn't mean it can't find a good home!
The Clearance & Oops! category includes discounted merchandise and handmade items with minor cosmetic imperfections.
Known imperfections will be clearly described in the product listing and photographed whenever possible.
By purchasing an Oops! item, you acknowledge the specific imperfections disclosed in its description.
These disclosed imperfections are not considered defects for return or refund purposes.

Handmade Variations & Color Differences
Because many items are handmade, slight variations in appearance, placement, or finish may occur.
Product colors may also appear slightly different in person due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
These minor differences do not indicate a defect.
